One of the main features of the Rotary Rack Oven at we manufacture is the uniform heat distribution, regular circulation and high efficiency provided by well-designed heat exchangers, thanks to this heat exchanger used, it is possible to obtain a product with the desired feature of high heat saving compared to similar machines in its class. Producing high quality products thanks to its double-sided cassette steam system, it produces high level of steam to ensure that each pan is fed sufficiently. A hood and aspirator system are included in the oven to prevent the hot air and steam from spreading into the workshop after the product is cooked. Due to its side-mounted burners, it can be easily installed in narrow and long volumes of patisseries and bakeries. Front panels and hoods are completely made of stainless steel sheet and rust and tarnish definitely occur. The lighting system inside the oven provides a perfect illumination compared to other ovens. Touch, computer controlled or manual control panel can be installed upon request. The maintenance installation and usage of the oven is easier compared to similar machines in its class. Rotary Trolley Furnaces are divided into classes as Diesel, Fuel-oil, LPG, Natural Gas, Electric and solid fuel. Thanks to the system we have developed, you can easily convert our Electric model furnaces into Diesel, Fuel-oil, natural gas or LPG in the future.
