The body and parts of the machine are made of 304 quality Chrome Nickel CRNI stainless-Tarnish Finnish Steel. 30 – 180 grams of dough is cut in the machine. In 1 hour, it cuts and rolls max: 11.000 pieces of bread dough. (Hamburger dough is max: 10,000 in 1 hour, sandwich dough is max: 7,000 in 1 hour.) Since very little flour is used in the cutting process, it creates a clean working environment. The amount of flour given to the cut bread dough can be adjusted as desired. The machine does not require Kestart food oil continuously for presses that press dough during the dough cutting process, the oiling system is adjusted automatically. Unlike other machines, the dough does not wear out due to its non-pressure cutting (Stress Free Dough Feature), This machine is the main machine of all production lines. All kinds of dough can be produced with additional units to this machine. In addition to Roll Bread, Sandwich, Hamburger Cabatta (Ciabatta), Tortilla-Lavash type bread doughs are cut in the desired weight with the cutting unit.
